If you are logged in and viewing this page, you can click on the ‘Edit Page’ link in the admin banner at the top of the page to begin editing this page. Click on the black ‘W’ (top left) to return to the listing of pages.
The below ‘Contact Form’ is created using the Ninja Forms plugin. To edit the below form, click on ‘Ninja Forms’ in the Dashboard at left. The ‘short code’ that Ninja Forms generates is placed in the below block. When you are editing the content of this page, you can add a new or different Ninja Form by clicking on the “+” button (above left) and selecting “Ninja Forms”. You will then be able to select the form you want displayed.
